FAQ
The Answers You Need!
What comes with a rental?
We drop-off an inflated SUP, an adjustable paddle, a PFD, a whistle, and a leash when we meet you at your chosen destination for your rental.
What kind of equipment is available?
We currently have 6 Body Glove Performer SUPs. They are 11' in length and have a maximum weight capacity of 320lbs. They weigh 22.4lbs which makes them easily maneuverable and portable. We also have an assortment of PFDs and float belts. All equipment is sanitized after each use.
Do I need to wear a PFD/lifejacket?
Yes! You are required to wear a PFD/lifejacket while on a paddle board. You are also required to carry a sound signal which is why we also provide a whistle. For more information please review the guide provided by Transport Canada at the following link:

How long are all of the float/paddle options?
Can I choose any location for drop-off and pick-up?
We have specific locations available based on float/paddle times and rental options. If you do not see a location available that you would like to explore, please contact us and we will work with you to make our rentals work for you!
Can you double on 1 paddle board?
2 adults are not permitted to double on 1 paddle board. There may be certain circumstances where we will allow this, but please contact us beforehand if you are wanting to do that. If you want to rent 1 board for you and your child or dog we allow that!
What if we finish our float/paddle early?
We will always be available to come and pick-up the equipment early if needed. You will not be refunded for time not utilized. Please call 250-320-3968 if you are needing an early pick-up.
What if we are late getting to our pick-up location?
If you think you are going to be arriving late to your pick-up location you must call and let us know. You will be charged for extra time on the equipment as you may be interfering with other bookings and staffed hours. Please call 250-320-3968 with any updates and we will find a solution!
